Terms & Conditions

• Payment is authorized by the Event organizer; bKash only serves as a payment gateway.
• Ticket can only be redeemed by the authority. bKash will only provide the payment confirmation.
• After confirming the payment, you must download the e-ticket and show it at the entry of the event.
• Customer needs to maintain the confidentiality of the e-ticket. bKash and Event organizer will not be liable if the personal e-ticket information gets leaked.
• E-tickets are non-transferrable. It cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
• If the e-ticket gets cancelled after confirmation, please contact the event organizer for further instructions and refund.
• Event organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket if any conduct by the participant creates a reasonable suspicion that the Terms and Conditions of the event have been violated, the participant abused the benefit of the event, or illegal activities/manipulation are conducted by the participant.
• bKash and event organizer reserve the right to change/modify/add terms & conditions, in any manner or cancel the event at any time without giving any prior notice.
